The Home Office has wrongly tried to force hundreds of highly skilled migrants to leave Britain under an immigration rule used in part to tackle terrorists.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the UK has submitted written evidence to the British Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee into the future of the British Overseas Territories.
