One of Bermuda's leading businessmen has proposed a scheme to encourage high net worth individuals to invest in the island in exchange for permanent residency.
Located as it is in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, Bermuda may have a slight advantage over some of the other British Overseas Territories when it comes to monitoring its borders during the pandemic.
