A new group has been formed in the British Virgin Islands to protest against changes to the immigration act which would see an increase the number of persons eligible to claim permanent residency and Belonger status.
No change in law or policy will be imposed on the British Overseas Territories as a result of the findings of the Foreign Affairs Committee report published earlier this year.
