British Overseas Territories could be compelled to recognise gay marriage following a landmark ruling in the Cayman Islands which has been billed as a victory for equality.
The contents of the Foreign Affairs Committee's report ‘Global Britain and the British Overseas Territories: Resetting the relationship' have been raised in Parliament.
